Gambar yang diambil pun sangat bagus. Darah, ruang operasi, dan masih banyak lagi, semuanya terlihat begitu nyata, sampai – sampai tempat kecelakaan yang didatangi Dokter Heli pun mempunyai setting yang bagus dan sangat realistis.
